MTV has posted two new photos from “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” featuring Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson.

MTV also spoke with executive producers Jeph Loeb, Jed Whedon, Maurissa Tancharoen and Jeff Bell about the focus of the show.

“We really embrace what was originally our ad line but has become our theme, which is ‘Not all heroes are super,'” Loeb told MTV, emphasizing that the EP’s vision for the series allows everyday people to be real heroes. The show will explore their human characteristics and qualities as “they experience the joy and fear of the Marvel Universe.”
