An early Amazon.com listing (via Newsarama) seems to have revealed the return of Norman Osborn -- the alter ego of the Green Goblin -- to Spider-Man comics after the events of the line-wide event "Dead No More: The Clone Conspiracy."

The description for a trade paperback collection for "Amazing Spider-Man: Worldwide Vol. 6" -- which collects "Amazing Spider-Man" #25-28, the issues that follow "The Clone Conspiracy" -- reads, ""PARKER VS. OSBORN!!! In the end of Superior Spider-Man, Peter Parker cured Norman Osborn of the Goblin serum and insanity. But Peter didn't realize that a sane Norman Osborn is more dangerous than ever. Can Spider-Man wield the full power of Parker Industries to take on Osborn's military might?! The end of Parker Industries begins here!"

In addition to the Norman Osborn reveal, the collection indicates that revered artist Stuart Immonen ("Empress") will return to "Spider-Man," after establishing himself on the character years ago when he followed artist Mark Bagley on "Ultimate Spider-Man." Immonen will reportedly work on the series with longtime Spidey scribe Dan Slott.
