Another member of the Justice League is arriving this season on "The Flash," but it's probably not one DC Comics fans might expect.

During the CW "Fan Feast" Q&A that streamed following the series' midseason finale, actor Carlos Valdes revealed that Cisco will become more adept with his Vibe powers, with a bit of assistance.

"There's gonna be a new visitor to our world named Gypsy," he said. "DC Comics fans will be familiar with Gypsy. She's gonna be coming into our world and Vibe will definitely get to learn some new skills as part of getting to know her."

Created by Gerry Conway and Chuck Patton, Gypsy, aka Cindy Reynolds, was introduced in 1984's "Justice League of America Annual" #2 -- the same issue in which Vibe debuted. Part of the Justice League Detroit team assembled by Aquaman following the destruction of the Justice League Satellite, Gypsy possesses the ability to cast illusions, permitting her to blend into the background and effectively become invisible. She can also project frightening images from the minds of opponents.

Gypsy later served as a member of the Conglomerate, Justice League Task Force and the Birds of Prey, and appeared on the animated "Justice League Unlimited." She was more recently seen during DC's New 52 reboot, where she was depicted as a refugee from another dimension.

Although the Justice League's "Detroit Era" is typically considered a lesser version of DC's premier superhero team -- a failed attempt to revamp the brand -- its members are well-represented on The CW, with Martian Manhunter appearing on "Supergirl," Vixen on her own animated series and on "DC's Legends of Tomorrow," and Vibe, and soon Gypsy, on "The Flash." It's also worth noting that in the comics, "Legends of Tomorrow's" Citizen Steel, Nate Heywood, is the cousin of Justice League Detroit's Steel.

Airing Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, "The Flash" stars Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Carlos Valdes, Tom Cavanagh, Jesse L. Martin and Keiynan Lonsdale.
