Angus T. Jones Begs Fans to Stop Watching Two and a Half Men

Angus T. Jones, the half a man who’s getting paid $300,000 for each episode of Two and a Half Men, wants you to stop watching his hit CBS sitcom because he’s found religion. No, seriously.

The religion that Jones has found might not be one you’re familiar with. Jones was raised Christian and went to a Christian school, but has recently rediscovered his faith under the teachings of a man named Christopher Hudson, who also goes by the name the Forerunner. Because of his newfound set of beliefs, which you can see detailed in the two videos posted in this article, Jones has changed his view on Two and a Half Men and is now begging fans not to watch the show.

“Jake from Two and a Half Men means nothing,” he said. “He is a non-existent character. If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching Two and a Half Men. I’m on Two and a Half Men, and I don’t want to be on it. Please stop watching it, please stop filling your head with filth.”

He continued, “It’s bad news. I don’t know if it means any more coming from me, but you might not have heard it otherwise. So just watch out. A lot of people don’t like to think about how deceptive the enemy is. He’s been doing this for a long longer than any of us have been around. So we can’t play around. There’s no playing around when it comes to eternity.”

Later in the video, Jones added, “You can not be a true God-fearing man and be on a television show like [Two and a Half Men]. I know I can’t. I’m not OK with what I’m learning, what the Bible says, and being on that television show.”

Ironically, the videos were filmed in Jones’ Two and a Half Men trailer on the Warner Bros. lot. Jones also admits in his testimony to doing marijuana and acid, as well as being a bit “material” because of his involvement with Hollywood. Jones has starred in Two and a Half Men since 2003, when he was 10 years old.
