Ron Burgundy and company are making their way back to the box office. No, Will Ferrell's classy news anchor won't be returning for a third film, but instead a new take on last year's Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues will debut on Feb. 28.

According to The Hollywood Reporter and a recent appearance by Ferrell on The Tonight Show, the expanded version, called Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues: Super Sized R Rated Version, will be longer and move up to an R-rating from the previous version's PG-13.

McKay talked about doing this exact thing in October when he said, "We can literally replace every single joke in the movie and put in alt scenes and alt improv runs."

In a more recent statement, McKay said, "When my editor told me we had a whole different version of the movie that was more than two hours long with nearly 800 new jokes, I was shocked. But when Paramount said they were actually going to put it in theaters, I did an 1950's spit take. If you're a hardcore Anchorman fan go see this. If you're not, stay very far away."

The new version of the Anchorman sequel will be in theaters for a week.
