Stephen Amell has been teasing for some time that we may finally see the Green Arrow and Supergirl cros each other's path on The CW, and now it looks like it's finally happening.

The "Arrow" star tweeted out an image of himself and "Supergirl" actress Melissa Benoist in costume, standing next to each other atop a very nondescript rooftop... somewhere.

While fans have been waiting for some time to finally get the Green Arrow/Supergirl/Flash/Legends of Tomorrow crossover of their dreams, details are still fairly sparse on what exactly is going to happen when it premieres. All we seem to know so far is that Supergirl is the thread that ties the crossover together, and that in the four-night event the group will face "one unifying threat."

With each show premiering next month, we'll have to wait a bit longer to find out any more details, though we can only imagine what Oliver Queen will think when he sees Supergirl in action.

"Arrow" premieres October 5 on The CW; "Supergirl" follows on October 10.
