Like a lot of us, the gang at Super Hero Hype analyzed the first trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 with a magifying glass. While doing so, though, they discovered something interesting in the above image of Jamie Foxx's Electro. Open it up large and check out that diagonal beam of light going up toward the right corner from behind his head that reads ElectroArrives.com.

Right now, the site features an animated image of Dane DeHaan's Harry Osborn hunched over a tablet checking out "The Max Dillon Experiment." There's also a countdown to something happening 19 days from now, which coincides with New Year's Day. Could we ring in 2014 with even more footage from the film? Seems likely.

Director Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which also stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Paul Giamatti, Chris Cooper and Sally Field, swings into theaters on May 2, 2014.
