It's official: Life Model Decoys have arrived, and they may just take over "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Season 4. Titled "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: LMD," the back half of the season gives Radcliffe's LMD AIDA a serious upgrade and a nefarious purpose.

As seen in the final scene of "The Laws of Inferno Dynamics," AIDA has been keeping the real agent May in her stasis chamber. An unfortunate S.H.I.E.L.D. agent makes this discovery, and he pays the price for it when AIDA catches him in the act. With an apology, AIDA snaps his neck in order for May to remain secret. AIDA then fetches a bowl of water and a rag, then proceeds to wipe away some blood from a groggy May's forehead.

A new poster for the season highlights that fact. Though her fellow agents are obscured by a deep red light, May stands out in full detail.

Returning Tuesday, January 10 at 10 pm ET/PT on ABC, “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Chloe Bennet as Daisy “Quake” Johnson, Ming-Na Wen as Melinda May, Iain De Caestecker as Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Jemma Simmons, Henry Simmons as Alphonso “Mack” Mackenzie and more.
