When we last saw Gabriel Luna’s Robbie Reyes, aka Ghost Rider, on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” he was battling his powerful uncle Eli Morrow before the two mysteriously vanished in the fall finale of Season Four. However, an ominous tweet from the show’s Twitter account is leading fans to believe Reyes may soon ride again.
Posted this morning, the tweet doesn’t actually mention Reyes or Ghost Rider, but it offers a forecast update that might not have much to do with the weather. “Flamin’ hot,” accompanied by fire and winking-face emojis, would seem to get the point across.
Forecast is predicting flamin’ hot weather🔥😉 #AgentsofSHIELD

After Reyes’ disappearance, executive producer Jed Whedon explained the character was “trapped in another place, which usually means that he’s not dead.” He noted the ABC drama is “still playing in the same world [as Ghost Rider],” and that the collective arcs of Season Four “could link up later in some way — maybe in thrilling fashion.”
Airing Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC, “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Chloe Bennet as Daisy “Quake” Johnson, Ming-Na Wen as Melinda May, Iain De Caestecker as Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Jemma Simmons and Henry Simmons as Alphonso “Mack” Mackenzie.
