“Agents of SHIELD” Finds Its Slingshot in Natalia Cordova-Buckley

Natalia Cordova-Buckley has joined “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” in the role of Elena Rodriguez, an Inhuman with super speed. describes the character as “a street-wise Colombian woman” based on the character Slingshot from Jonathan Hickman and Stefano Caselli’s “Secret Warriors” run.

Daisy’s team already has two members: Lincoln, who generates electricity, and Joey, who can melt anything metal once he’s in proximity to it.
