Marvel.com reports that "Heroes" alum Adrian Pasdar is set to appear on "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." in an upcoming episode as classic Hulk antagonist Glenn Talbot, who is set to "cause some trouble for our favorite agents."

"We came through and it was fun to be on the set and work with these folks on the show. The way that they filmed [my scene] was very interesting," Pasdar told Marvel.com about his experience on the "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." set. "It was a live feed. [Coulson's team are] in the control room and I come over a monitor. So I was filming it in another room off of a camera, [and] it was a live feed to them in that room, so it was really happening. It was in-camera, it wasn't going to be superimposed, so my face would come on eight feet tall and six feet wide. I don't know how much people can handle of that. I'm glad I didn't have to look at it. But it was fun to be able to talk into the camera, and they had a microphone set up and a speaker so I could hear their responses and we played the scene out in real time. It's kind of like a throwback to old television, where they would go from room to room with the camera. They'd go from Camera A to Camera B and then come back on to Camera A and then move over to Set 3 and it'd all be happening in real time."

The character of Glenn Talbot has a long history in the Marvel Universe, starting out as a close compatriot to General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, and one of the many military participants that actively seemed to capture the Hulk. In fact, he was the one who discovered that Bruce Banner actually transformed into the jade giant, causing Bruce Banner to go on the run. The character died in "The Incredible Hulk" #260. Although he was believed resurrected during "Fall of the Hulks" in 2009, that version of the character was later revealed to be a Life Model Decoy.

Although Pasdar is perhaps best known for his role as Nathan Petrelli in "Heroes," he's also lent his voice to many Marvel animated projects as Tony Stark -- in projects ranging from "Avengers Assemble" and "Ultimate Spider-Man" to the Marvel Anime version of "Iron Man."

Pasdar isn't the first actor to portray Glenn Talbot -- he was also played by Josh Lucas in the 2003 film "Hulk," though "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." will be the character's first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
