Batman vs. Two-Face, the final performance of beloved actor Adam West as the Caped Crusader, has secured a fall release date.

A sequel to 2016's Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, the direct-to-video animated film that reunited West with his Batman co-stars Burt Ward and Julie Newmar, the feature will arrive Oct. 17 on Blu-ray and DVD.

Announced in October 2016, Batman vs. Two-Face sees the heroes joined by Star Trek icon William Shatner as the voice of Harvey Dent. The movie also stars Steven Weber as Alfred, Jim Ward as Commissioner Gordon, Thomas Lennon as Chief O'Hara and Lynne Marie Stewart as Aunt Harriet.

West, who famously portrayed Bruce Wayne on the 1966 live-action television series, passed away June 9 at age 88. He reprised the role several times over the decades, most notably on the animated New Adventures of Batman, Super Friends: The Legendary Super Powers Show and The Super Powers Team: Galactic Guardians, and on the live-action Legends of the Superheroes.

His voice-acting credits are lengthy, and include roles on Batman: The Animated Series (as the Gray Ghost), The Batman (as Mayor Grange), Animaniacs and Batman: The Brave and the Bold (as Proto-Bot and Thomas Wayne). He also famously portrayed Mayor West on Family Guy, and will continue to appear into the upcoming season.
