LOS ANGELES – In the end, they couldn’t resist the glamour, the allure of multi-colored shoes, the subtle symphony of pins colliding, and, well, real heavy balls.
MegaCon guests Adam Kubert (penciler on Action Comics), Moose Bauman (colorist on Green Lantern), Barbara Kesel (Legends of the Dark Crystal) and anime voiceover artist Vic Mignogna ( Full Metal Alchemist, Macross, Dragon Ball Z) have all added their names to the honored few who will bowl with the fans on Saturday night, February 17 th , to benefit the Hero Initiative.
In honor of the additions, Hero Initiative has extended the Bowl-A-Thon ticket sales on eBay for three more days, rounding out a series of auctions all scheduled to coincide with the annual pilgrimage to Orlando for MegaCon.
Chop House Dinner with George Perez, Steve McNiven and David Finch
Lucky bidders can vie for their shot at dining with artists Finch (New Avengers), McNiven (Civil War) and Perez (Every comic in the universe) at Orlando’s Chop House on Friday, February 16, at a BUY IT NOW bargain of $350 each, with a total of only 4 tickets for sale. This is first come, first serve, so don’t wait for it. These tix won’t last long. (note: the dinner does not include sketches from the artists)

A trio of artists, Stan Sakai (Usagi Yojimbo) Andy Smith (Klaw) and Alex Saviuk (Spider-Man) have all donated some time and artistry for yet more lunches for auction at eBay. The lunches will all take place between 11 and 2 on Saturday, February 16 th in Orlando.
