If it's Saturday, it's time for Shelf Porn -- our weekly look at one collector's pride and joy. Today's collection of action figures, comics and lots more comes from Ryan in Toronto.

A few years back, I made the move to a condo in downtown Toronto. As you could imagine, one of the major concerns that I had as a comic collector was the space. We found a place that we fell in love with and couldn't pass it by but we knew we would both have to make a few sacrifices. For myself, I used to have nearly 3 full bookcases full of just toys, plus several long boxes of comics, plus all my graphic novels, and then some. Deciding which items to cut from your collection is a lot like deciding which limbs to cut off, I *NEED* all of these! One idea that my girlfriend came up with was to focus on just one collection, namely the Eaglemoss lead figurine collection. This way I could aim to collect the entire line and it would take up minimal space. So I sold off the rest of my collection and haven't looked back since.
I mainly focused on the Marvel classic figurine line, but I had a dedicated shelf for Batman figures as well.
In the other room I kept many runs of my comics and a good amount of graphic novels that I just couldn't part with.
Frank Miller's 300 has always been near and dear to me, those shields are SDCC exclusive to anyone who purchased the DVD special edition when it first came out. Naturally I had to get 2, one for each special edition.
I'm also a huge Battlestar Galactica fan, mainly collecting the titanium die cast series, but they are incredibly hard to find.
