We continue our Spider-Man Christmas with 2008's "Silent Nights" from Marvel Adventures Spider-Man #46 by Todd DeZago, Roberto Castro, Greg Adams and Kris Justice....

This series was out of continuity and set during Peter Parker's high school years. In the issue, Peter thinks back to his past Christmases...

So the rest of the issue is Spider-Man trying to track down a thief who is dressed as Santa Claus so he can sell photos of the apprehension of the crook to J. Jonah Jameson for the money to buy the angel for Aunt May. Spidey keeps encountering OTHER people dressed as Santa Claus for good reasons (there's a funny bit where he attacks a guy who turns out he was sneaking into his own house to surprise his kids - he has Spider-Man pretend that it was all a big surprise for his kids to meet Spidey).

However, when he finally finds the crook...

(it turns out to be the Chameleon), he finds out that it is too late to get the photos printed by Jonah, who has gone on vacation.

Depressed, Peter has another idea...

Very cute ending to a cute story overall.
